Strawberries

The girls picked the first strawberries out of the garden. Hannah checked every day to see if they were red enough. Everyday she would yell out with so much excitement, "mommy,they turned"!!!! It broke my heart to tell her, "not yet, they have to turn RED". When they finally did, I let each of them pick one and we ate them for breakfast.

Swimming Lessons

The kids just finished up with lessons last week. It's nice to have our evenings back, but it was so fun to watch them every night. Even Hannah joined in this time. She had a few rough days, but overall, she was a trooper!! She enjoyed sitting on the stairs watching everyone while she waited for her turn. One of the biggest motivations for the kids is that we had their friends take lessons with them. Reminding Caden that his friends would be there was the only way we got him to lessons a few times.
