Happy Birthday Scott!!!!
I feel so blessed to share my life with such a wonderful guy, my husband and best friend!!!
Thank you so much Scott for your endless amounts of patience. Your constant support makes me feel like I can do anything. Thank you so much for getting me through my sickest days without ever complaining. I love you so much!!
Birthday dinner: Baby back ribs, asparagus, rice, apples, and mashed potatoes!!!

I just had to get a picture of the table. Hannah set it all by herself. all the pieces are there, just in random order. I love how wrinkled up the napkin is., and the cup that she used cracks me up too.

Caden and Sarah wrapped the gifts by themselves.

Trip to Indiana

We recently traveled to Indiana to visit Dawn and her family. The kids were so excited to see Jenna. They love her so much. We had so much fun and being so sick, it was so nice that Dawn is so kind!! She spoiled me. Below, are some of the many things we did....more to come.

Zoo (Indiana)

The zoo was a big hit. It sure had a lot of animals that we don't have. We really enjoyed the Dolphin show. Those dolphins sure have a lot of personality. One of them kept coming down and trying to get Hannah's attention. I guess he didn't think he got enough because he went to the surface, kicked his tale and splashed her with water. She was not very happy about that.

The petting shark tank was another huge hit with the kids.

Caden could have spent hours here.

until one tried to bite him.....ooops!

Caden looks over the map before we begin.

Apple Orchard and Pumpkin Patch (Indiana)

We had so much fun at the apple orchard and pumpkin patch.

Carving pumpkins!! (Indiana)

Dawn's house

Dawn's house was so much fun. It was a good place to rest and the kids had so much fun playing with Jenna and all her toys!
Dawn spoiled the girls with press on earings.
Showing off their earings.

The girls made caramel popcorn.

We watched the BSU game from Dawn's house like we used to. Daniel and Scott had so much fun watching the game. The kids had fun making pizzas

Jenna and Hannah loved laying on the cat.

Caden did not want to leave. He sat on the porch looking at his pumpkin and crying while we were all getting on the car to go to the airport.

We had so much fun at your house guys!!! We love you Dawn, Daniel and Jenna!!!

A reason to celebrate!!!

I started to fear this day would never come. Hannah's addiction to her binkis was somewhat frightening. After many attempts, I thought it was hopeless. The other kids were not this hard. We tried several times. Here she is this summer in a cutting ceremony (something that worked for Caden) that she thought of on her own, but just a few minutes later the screaming started and she went up stairs and found a binki under her bed. One night Scott tried the "cry it out" technique, but when she started yelling, "you hurt my feelings,"
Scott gave in.
Well, Hannah went the whole weekend with out her binkis, and without a fight!!!!! She told Scott that she doesn't need them anymore because she is a big girl. We had a party for her to celebrate. Caden and Sarah really got into it and helped make a cake while she took a nap.....with out her binkis!

Happy Halloween!!!!

Grandma saves Halloween!!!!!
Caden didn't have school o Friday and normally I have fun Halloween type activities planned for the kids. I had to be on the IV again on Friday, so luckily Grandma came to the rescue! Here are some of the cute witches she made with the kids.

This is how Hannah put hers together. At least she had all the right pieces.
They also made mummies. Hannah needed a little help.

And here are the costumes!!!
My little soldier

Strike a pose. Sarah was loving getting her picture taken. It was hard to narrow it down to just these two....we took many!

Monkey business
My sweet little Hannah could not have been more thrilled with her cute little monkey costume. The funny thing is that when she went to her play group Halloween party, which is made up of 5 little girls, she was the only one who did not go as a princess. This did not seem to bother her though. I asked her if all the other girls wore a costume like her and she said,
"no, they just wore a dress to school."
